When you order, Shopify processes the details needed to complete the purchase: name, email, delivery address and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by Shopify's payment providers and never reach this website.

If you subscribe to emails, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

Analytics and marketing tracking only run after you accept cookies in the banner. Decline, and no analytics events are sent. Essential cookies needed for the cart and checkout always run.

Shopify hosts the commerce data (products, carts, orders, customer accounts) and processes payments. Email delivery and any connected review or delivery apps process only what they need for their function.

You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@astroarsen.com.

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
