Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment clears. During limited drops, preparation can take longer because volumes spike.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated live at checkout by Shopify based on your destination and the items in your bag. No estimate is shown here so nothing can contradict what you actually pay.

You receive a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with tracking as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the checkout total unless stated at checkout.

Digital products are never shipped. They are delivered by email immediately after checkout — see the digital products policy.
